In India, our company Seacrest Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. covers 11 ports.
Seacrest was established in 1996 with head office in Mumbai. Now Seacrest has spread its wings to cover all major ports in India and also the Middle East with 11 branches.
Activities include:
- Ship Agency – We handle more than 300 vessels annually across India and Middle East.
- Stevedoring - Handling import and export cargoes at record speed is our forte. We have set new benchmarks for handling various commodities such as Agri products, steel cargoes, project cargoes etc.
- India Grab operation, maintenance and marketing. On behalf of Seastar, Seacrest manages the entire operation, maintenance and marketing for grabs. Consistently topped volume and earnings for the last 4 years among grab operators in India.
- World Wide grab maintenance. On behalf of Eitzen Bulk, Seacrest maintains a record for about 51 grabs located worldwide. Profile involves sourcing of all spares and consumables, records of maintenance and breakdowns, monitoring all operations and coordinating with all agencies involved. A team of engineers visit grab locations and attend pre-operation maintenance as well as during operations.
- Shipbroking – Empannelled on Transchart and most major Indian ship owners and main exposure being to fix handy to handy max size vessels and cargo parcels.
